either by public auction or private contract at such time and place and in such manner as to His said Majesty shall seem fit.
14.IX Possession of the new Lot s shall be deemed to have been given to the Lessee, and to have been taken by him from the date of a letter from the Director of Public Works stating that the new Lots are at the disposal of the Lessee.
15.XX The expression "Lessee" used herein shall in every case include the Lessee or Lessees and where the context so admits or requires executors, administrators and

16. The foregoing General Conditions shall be read and construed as varied or modified by the Special Conditions hereinafter contained.
THE SPECIAL CONDITIONS HEREINBEFORE REFERRED TO.
1) The Lessee shall within three months of the date of this Agreement supply to the Director of Public Works (hereinafter called "the said Director") a general layout plan for the whole of the three lots showing the positions levels and nature of the buildings which it is proposed to erect and such layout plan shall be subject
The whole of the three lots to the approval of the said Director. shall be developed by the Lessee to the satisfaction of the said Director in accordance with the approved layout plan and no alteration shall be made in positions nature or dimensions of the buildings shown on such plan without the consent in writing of the said Director.
(2) Except with the consent of the Governor not more than 15 houses
shall be erected on Lot B and the Purchaser shall not erect on the said Lot B any buildings other than detached or semi-detached residential premises of European type with garages and all proper out-buildings thereto.
